Good Morning Tennis Fitness Squad
Good morning Tennis is a Tennis based fitness squad.
It is a 60 Minute high intensity workout with the focus on getting fit, learning new skills, improve your tennis game, loose fat and tone, all while having fun outdoors with friends.
Level of players: Beginners to Advance.
Time Slots Available: Tuesday 8:30-9:30
R1400.00 per public school quarter (10 x 60 minute lessons)
There will be a break over public school holiday’s. Please look for the scheduled squads on the events calendar.
Equipment needed: Tennis Racket, Tennis shoes, Water bottle, Sweat Towel.
Terms & Conditions: Lessons will proceed in the clubhouse in the case of rain. As it is a group lesson there will be no make up lessons in case you miss a session.
